Distinctive aromas of fresh straw and cut grass... and calling something out of Margaret River Grass Man would have been more trouble than it's worth, these give way to a finely-layered palate and long finish. A hint of tropical fruits on the palate together with natural crunchy acidity, balanced by a soft textural mouth-feel.
