A Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc was machine harvested in the early hours of the morning. Fruit is crushed and free run with no pressings, and the juice is then clarified with two aromatic yeast strains. The wine spends a short time on lees until filtration and then bottling.
A fresh and floral Sauvignon Blanc with a zesty passionfruit and grapefruit nose, the mid palate is wonderfully textured with citrus pith and a long crisp finish. A perfect starter for a drink in the sun with friends. Pair with your favourtie seafood dish.
